F Right, so, underneath you, is that where the ice is?
T No the ice is a wall
F So are you facing the wall?
T The ice is like a doughnut and in the middle, is the forest

T I've been here a long time
F What are you doing there?
T Maintaining the frequency
F How are you doing that?
T Technological equipment
F Where is this equipment?
T In the underground
F How many are there of you?........Is it just you or are there more that are doing this?
T There are many colonies here
F So apart from the wall and the trees, can you see anything else?
T Water, lakes
F Can you hear anything?
T Water
F Are you on the Earth?
T Yes
F So are you actually under the surface or are you on the surface at the moment?
T Within the planet
F You’re within, right ok, so are those lakes on the surface, or are they under the planet?
T It's a different dimension.
F So, I want you to go to where this technology is for the energies. I want you to go there now and tell me what you see.
T It’s deeper within the surface, further down. Crystal. Blue crystal chambers
F Tell me more about those chambers.
T It's where the frequency is maintained
F Is that frequency connected to anything other than something on the earth?...... Is it connected to anything that's outside of the Earth?
T It's always been there, it’s part of nature
F Can you explain this technology to me? How does it work?
T It’s to do with the Earth's core and the crystals within the Earth that maintains Human life and the frequency to support Human life
F So this crystal in the centre of the Earth, how big is that crystal compared to Earth?
T It's really crystals
F Not just one then ok, and is that right in the centre of the Earth?
T No there are many tunnels and many chambers
F What do you see at the centre of the Earth?
T Consciousness, living Consciousness
F Can you connect with that Consciousness?
T Yes
F Ok, what would you like to ask it?
T It just is
F How's it feeling about everything that's going on above the surface of the planet at the moment?
T What she's predestined
F Does this Consciousness know what's going to happen?
T There are still many factors at play

T There are others

T There are other frequencies that are trying to manipulate the purity of the natural frequency on the planet.
F Why are they doing that?
T Because of the purity, it's the purity and the divinity of the Beings that walk the planet
F Is that what they want then?
T They always wanted that.
F Is that to manipulate or just have that for themselves?
T They come from darkness. Their perception of purity and Consciousness and life doesn't exist for them.
F So are they all part of us, are they all one thing or are they something separate?
T Everything is intertwined
F So how did that frequency come about? How did the darkness come about originally? Could you ask the Consciousness that?
T There’s been much destruction and many wars. The lack of purity, the Divine Light
F So did the source actually create the darkness?
T No
F So where has it come from?
T From other galaxies
F How did they get through?
T They also have advanced technology.
F Alright so just going back to where you are then, the chambers that you can see, what's happening now, what are you seeing?
T It's all to do with natural law.
F Can you explain more about that?
T The planet holds its own frequency, the planet has its own natural laws. The crystals work with the natural laws. Everything is of nature.
F Okay, so the crystals they work together with the Human Consciousness, is that what you're saying?
T Yes.
F So when somebody in the third dimension holds a crystal, what's actually happening?
T There’s much disinformation, which regards to crystals
F Tell me more about that.
T Not everything is as it seems
F In what way? Can you explain?
T Many things have been infiltrated…..manipulated
F Is this from the dark energies?
T Yes.
F Yeah, so what have they actually done?
T There are Beings here now that understand the principles of their existence, but many do not.
F So the crystal that Trisha has got, when she holds that, what actually happens? What happens to that Crystal?
T It's more about what she imparts on the crystal.
F Can you explain more about that……. what do you mean?
T The frequency that the Human holds impacts the intensity with the crystal.
F So is Trisha quite high frequency?
T Yes.
F Yeah. So, what happens to the crystal when she connects with it? What does the crystal connect with?
T The crystal connects with ancient wisdoms
F So, the ancient wisdoms, where exactly are you talking about? Where's the ancient wisdom coming from?
T The ancient wisdom comes from nature and the Consciousness of the planet.
F Ok. Is there anything else that you want to say to Trisha about that frequency in the crystals?
T Discernment is always key.
F Ok, so why does she need discernment with crystals?
T There’s a very delicate equilibrium held within her body, she must remember to use discernment
F Alright so going back to where you are now then, what are you seeing? You said there was the chamber's, what else are you seeing there?
T I'm still in the chambers.
F So, the technology that you were talking about, can you explain more about that?
T The Earth is the technology
F So, how does that affect the people that are on the planet? How does it actually work?
T The frequency of the earth is ever evolving and as a consequence Humanity evolves. That is the natural law
F So when energies come into the planet, they're actually going into the planet first and it's affecting the people. So the energies aren't going into the people, it's going into the Earth, is that what you’re saying? Or should I say into the Earth first and then it's working its way through the people?
T It's one and the same. The Earth is a huge generator, like a Taurus field, it goes in and round and through, and in and round and through. The evolution of the plant. The frequencies change, the vibrations change.
F So what causes the frequency to go up?
T The Natural Evolution of nature. The planet is self-cleaning but the dark energy has created an imbalance.
F How is the Consciousness of Earth handling that - the dark energy?
T There is a process unfolding.
F Tell me more about that.
T The dark forces are bombarding Humanity.
F How are they doing that?
T With technology
F What is this technology?
T Stellar waves.
F And how are they created?
T There is a big difference between the planet and the dark forces. There's purity on the Earth, natural law. The dark forces have no concept of this so our understanding of their technology is limited. Their technology is created in unnatural ways.
F Is this something they've done before to a planet?
T There’s been many battles.
F So the stellar waves, do they actually go into the Human mind or the psyche or how does it actually work?
T The stellar waves hold a frequency
F So the frequency just bombards the body does it?
T There are people here that work with the frequency of the dark which perpetuates the cycle
F Where are we and how far ahead are we in combating this?
T It is ongoing
F In linear time do you know when this will be done……..when we’ll be rid of the dark?
T There will always be dark. There are many galaxies.
F So here on Earth, will there always be dark or will we combat that?
T It's a Consciousness race, Humanity rises. The vibration of the planet will strengthen. This will make it more difficult for the dark
F So, how far ahead are we with the vibration of the planet? How are we doing at the moment?
T The planet that I see is in full bloom. In glorious light. She is rising.
F So is the earth flat? Or is she a globe?
T Again, there is much information and manipulation with regards our place in the solar system.
F So do you see it as a flat Earth?
T No
F Is it round?

F In linear time, what year are you in at the moment?
T 2021
F So you're on this time scale. So are you another aspect of Trisha?
T Yes

T She has an awareness
F So are you actually Trish's higher self?
T No
F Right, so if you had to explain this to Trisha, how would you explain it to her of what you are?
T An ancient aspect of her Consciousness.
F So, how long have you been around for on this planet?
T Since the beginning.
F So is Trisha created from you?
T Yes
F Can you explain to Trisha how that happened? What was the process of that?
T This is how all Humans are created.
F Could you just run through the process of how that happened?
T It’s the higher aspect of the soul Consciousness, this is pure light.
F And then what happens to actually put her into a body?
T The Consciousness chooses the experience. The lifetime. The knowledge to be gained. The Human Experience. The frequency they hold. The soul Journey that they take.
F How many lives has Trisha had on this planet?

F Has she lived on any other planet apart from Earth?

F So the life that she had on Sirius, what did she look like?
T She had many lifetimes on Sirius

F So what made Trisha’s soul actually want to come to Earth?
T It's a privilege to come to Earth

T Because so much can be learnt

T There is so much diversity. So many experiences. So much beauty and frequency
F So will she have many more lives on this planet?
T No
F Is this the last life she's having here?
T Yes
F Ok so what happens after that? Will she go onto the new Earth?
T The new Earth is the Earth
F We were wondering if there are two actual planets coming away from each other
T No
F There's not [no] it's just one planet [yes] so am I right in thinking that the frequency is going up and that's affecting all the population.
T Yes
F So is it that we’ll see another Earth eventually, or will we just see this one in a better light?
T Yes
F So we'll have all the same things that we have now, but it will just be nicer?
T Many things will change
F In what way?
T The natural law will bring back the purity to the planet
F So, it's just a natural thing that's going to happen?
T Deep within, the frequency is changing, the purity is growing. The dark forces grow weaker
F Good. So, is she going to spend some more time on this planet?

F All right, so will she see the higher frequencies come in and the dark be disbanded

F Alright, we'll come back to some more questions later. But at the moment, I just want to see where you are. You said you're in Antarctica and you're in the chambers. I just want more of a description of what you are seeing down there. So, do you actually sleep?

T I’m surrounded by beauty
F So just describe what you're seeing then
T There is an inner earth that has its own climate. So, there are many trees and rivers and much beauty
F Do you have a sun down there or a source of light?
T Yes
F What is that light?
T Frequency
F So, how do you see it? Do you see it is a bright light?
T It's pure light
F Can you describe the colour to me?
T It's rainbow Consciousness
F Does it look like a prism do you mean?
T Yes
F So, is it a vast space down there? Is it quite big?
T Yes
F And what about the Beings down there, are they all the same as you in that place where you are?
T No
F So just looking at your form again, just describe to me what you’re looking like now?
T Light
F Are you a large light or just a very small orb, can you describe the size?
T Relatively small
F And what's the shape of you?
T There is no form
F I’m just trying to get a picture of what you look like
T Just a collection of light
F And that's not in any form at all, so it's not in a circle or anything like that……an orb? I'm trying to figure out what shape you are when you describe that you're light. Do you have a shape?
T No
F So you said that there are other Beings down there. Can you describe one of the other Beings that you see?
T Yes
F What are you seeing?
T There are many Human type Beings here, very fair skinned with white hair
F Where did they come from originally?
T They’re ancestors, they’re the people of Lemuria
F So those ancestors; have they got different aspects of themselves on the planet….. on the surface of the planet now?
T No
F But you have?
T Yeah
F So what do you do most of the time that you’re down there, do you do a job? You said that you actually are involved with the energy of the planet, you've got the technology and that comes from the centre of the earth, more or less. Can you also explain a bit more about that and how that's actually directed to the Human race?
T There is no job and the concept of time……. it’s not the same as on the surface.
F So how would you explain it then?
T The Beings here are all Beings of Light, they can present in different forms. They are all Beings of Light so they don’t have places of residence or jobs. The concept of time does not exist here. The Human understanding of existence and day-to-day life is not relevant here.
F So, why are you actually there, why did you choose to be in that place?
T We all choose to be here……. which is a privilege to be here……..we are the Guardians of the Frequency.
F So do you ever venture out onto the surface of the planet?
T No
F Would you be able to?
T Those of us who have Human form on the plant currently, have an awareness
F So are you in a different dimension to the people of Earth on the surface?
T Yes
F I know it's a 3D construct, but if you explained it to me, what dimension are you actually in?
T The 12th
F So, where you are, that sounds amazing, but are there any dark Forces down there?
T No
F Not with you but are there anywhere else on the planet in Inner Earth?
T Yeah
F And they're completely separate to you?
T Yes
F What dimension are they in?
T Their understanding is that they work in a higher dimension and they have a high frequency and they are able to infiltrate. That is not true
F So, what dimension are they in that a Human would understand?
T They have the ability to move between dimensions, their energies are much denser
F So would you ever actually see them or would they see you?
T No
F Because you're in different dimensions?
T Yeah, so we maintain a frequency to withhold their awareness of us
F So what do these dark energies take the form of?
T They take many forms
F Because we hear about the Draconians and the Reptilians
T Again the concept of dark energy is steeped in this information
F Can you just go into that a bit more for us so we can understand that
T The belief is that dark energy is fixed too dark entity, and this is not always the case. There are many dark technologies and dark frequencies.
F So does that include AI as well as we know it?
T AI is part of the dark energy construct initiated in a different galaxy brought forward to manipulate the Human aspect of light Beings on this planet.
F So what's happening with the AI at the moment…….is that getting weaker or is it getting stronger at the moment?
T There's much importance placed on AI intelligence, however, the consideration regarding the frequency of Humans is not fully realised. Therefore, the impact of the AI dark frequency will fail.
F So how did the dark energies get into the planet in the first place, were they actually allowed to? just to let it all play out or did they force their way in?
T There has been many points in history where there has been a split, meaning the dark energies and frequencies were allowed to seep into our planet.
F So it's kind of like they found loop holes to get in then, so it was totally against the Earth’s Consciousness?
T Yes
F So is this all a game?
T No
F So the souls that are here from a higher dimension to help, they are actually lifting the frequency as well are they?
T Yes
F Is there anything that you'd like to say to Trisha today, any message?
T She will learn much from this

T Yes
We then went on to do the body scan and then started asking questions
F Why were heads of states going to Antarctica, what was that all about?
T Again they are aspects of the dark agenda. These are people who believe they have a connection and an understanding of the higher frequencies. But the frequencies that they are connected to are the higher aspects of the dark agenda and they believe that they have a connection to the workings of nature’s law. This in itself is a psyop
F So what were they actually doing when they went there, what did they think they were doing?
T They have no awareness that we are here and they were unable to reach us.
F So is there any darkness with you in a different dimension?
T Yes, that’s how it’s protected
F So they were connecting with dark Beings when they were there
T Yes
F And they thought they were of light or they knew they were of dark?
T There is much confusion with regards the area of Antarctica
F So on the level of the 3d and the Humans what is there in Antarctica
T That is where there is a dark base
F Ok so what’s happening there and who’s there? What beings are there?
T It is a dark frequency, it is to do with military, manipulation and frequency manipulation using AI technology and dark technology
F When you say military, are they controlling the military from there?
T Yes
F Is it anything to do with the Secret Space Program…….is that such a thing?
T Again there is much disinformation with regards the space program and space travel
F So for instance Corey Goode who says he’s part of the Secret Space Program, is that true then?
T There are aspects of what he talks about that are true, but mostly the aspects that he talks about are in a different dimension to this dimension
F So how does he get to that different dimension?
T There are ways to move from this planet which holds a dimension to other galaxies and planets which are in different dimensions
F So how does he access that from Earth
T The dark forces have ways using technology to move from one dimension to another, it’s like jumping timelines
F So the dark have that technology, is it just in Antarctica or is it elsewhere as well?
T That technology is also held in the United States
F Whereabouts?
T In the underground bases
F So are they scattered all around the United States or is it just based in one place?
T They have the technology within the military in the United States
F So where is that based?
T Arizona
F Could you be more precise, whereabouts in Arizona?
T There are many underground bases in Arizona
F Is there anything else that you would like to say about that technology?
T It is not beneficial for me
F Ok well thank you for the info. So why does she feel so disconnected from this world, like she’s out the matrix or the illusion of it?
T Because she is
F Can you explain more to her?
T She has an awareness that she came in on a different frequency and the path that she chose for this lifetime has been about grounding that frequency in to the planet. The frequency that she holds, sometimes she finds is very challenging. And sometimes she finds it very difficult to stay in her physical body so therefore her balance, equilibrium and her physical vessel does often feel challenging.
F So basically her light body, her soul, is it a different frequency to her physical body?
T Yes
F So will that catch up?
T No, the frequency of the planet is changing and with that she should feel more comfort within her body even though as it changes it’s challenging as the frequency rises she will feel more stability.
F So is that the same with me?
T Yes because the frequency of the planet will begin to match the frequency that you hold that is your light body. So it will feel more familiar.
F This has only happened in the last 4 years, probably less than that actually, so what actually happened to make that split because I’ve not been like that all my life. So is it that the light body suddenly went up in frequency at that point in time?
T Many people’s light bodies have been activated in the past 5 years which creates a split. And Trisha does healing work and she works with clients. She asked the light body to step forward and integrate with the physical vessel. This is of much importance at the moment.
F So because we feel so disconnected, is that why we can’t remember anything or is it the fact we’re not connected to our minds anymore?
T Yes light bodies have no thought. Light bodies are light.
F So is there a battle still going on in the skies for Earth, or above the skies should I say?
T There’s been many battles for planet Earth
F And is that still going on or has that finished now?
T The dark agenda is still playing out.
F How about the battle in Inner Earth as well?
T We are Inner Earth
F But there’s dark frequencies in the Inner Earth as well isn’t there?
T No, on a different dimension perhaps but on the 12th dimension of the Inner Earth where I reside no
F So what about the dimension that Humans reside in…..the 3rd dimension?
T The military bases, yes
F That’s still going on?
T Yes. Again there is much disinformation regarding the military and the planet. An infiltration of the military system and the ability to destroy military bases would not be possible. Most Humans would of the awareness of this destruction if that were the case. Because the military system itself and its dark agenda would of collapsed. However, the military system is very much alive.
F What about the abductions and the children? Are they taken down into the bases?
T Again there is much information and disinformation regarding the children
F Can you elaborate on that?
T There is a large trafficking network across the globe
F So that’s still going on?
T Yes
F So the souls that come in as those children, or the men or the women that are trafficked, do they actually ask for that before they come in…..they want that life?
T The military and the people connected to the military and the souls that are captured, the wars, the casualties from the military, children, they are all part of the dark agenda that works on a different frequency and is on a different dimension to other aspects of the planet. It is almost like an overlay.
F So in mine and Trisha’s reality do they exist?
T No
F So that’s a lower frequency then, and when you think about that and bring it in does that bring you down in frequency too?
T No
F But none of that is real to me or Trisha?
T It is real and at the same time it is not real
F Right, so it’s just on a lower frequency
T Yes
F So those souls that are on a lower frequency that come in, have they actually asked for that life?
T The souls involved in the dark agenda, the military and the capture, are potentially only soul fragments not fully evolved, embedded soul Beings. Also, the term ‘none clear character’ ‘background people’ ‘soulless individuals’ are with small soul fragments present only.
F So they resonate with the dark energy then?
T Yes
F So are the dark energies losing control now?
T Yes, it’s like watching a black and white war film that’s playing out in the background with the volume switched down. The frequency is changing. The impact of what they believe to be doing is not the same as they believe it to be. It’s in the distance, it’s happening but it’s further away. The dimension that they are on is fading
F Right so as you look at the planet Earth now and you look at the light and the dark, what percentage is the dark at the moment?
T It is difficult to do that because that bandwidth, that frequency and dimension that the military agenda and the dark agenda is playing out on still encompasses the planet but it is almost as if it is not really there
F So would you say it’s a quite low percentage then?
T It’s fading
F So if you could look at it from mine and Trisha’s point of view on that level, how much dark is left, on that frequency?
T 35%
F We’ve gone over the tipping point then?
T Yes
F Ok I wanted to ask the question about the shift. We’re going up in frequency but a lot of people are out there saying there’s going to be this massive wave of energy that knocks out the AI. Is that what’s going to happen?
T No it’s a psyop
F So how long before we can see a good positive high vibe Earth on this level?
T There are still unknowns. But the timelines yet to play out and stabilise and everything is still in Natures Law so it is difficult to estimate. Because between now and the estimation, anything could change
F So you can't give any guidance as to how long this is going to play out? I just wondered how long we’d got left and if it would go through all next year as well.
T Well, the movie is playing and images are getting weaker, it's black and white and the volume is switched down. It has very little power even though it is still 35%, it is background noise
F Ok, where does Trisha go at night when she's asleep?
T She works in many places
F Could you tell her more about that?
T She is a transmuter of energy and also a conduit so she travels wherever required
F Where was she last night?
T Within her physical vessel
F So she didn't travel anywhere last night
T She had things to address
F Within her own body do you mean?
T Yes
F So what about the weight gain that everybody's getting at the moment because 20 years ago we weren't the same build. I know the food has been messed about with but is there another reason that adds to it?
T There are many aspects to the issues with Human health. As you know there has been manipulation of food and water and air for many, many years. Hormones in water and meat products also vaccinations and medications from a very young age. This can all be stored within the cells of the body including the fat cells and the endocrine system which means things can sometimes and often times work more sluggishly and more slowly. Therefore, people feel tired and fatigued and aching because their endocrine system is not functioning as it should.
F Is there anything you can say about that to get the endocrine system working as it should do?
T Moving forward as the energies and the frequencies change on the planet, again, as the light body is activated and the physical vessel joins the light body on a more permanent basis, the self-healing ability will be more prominent
F So in Trisha's case, could you give her any idea of how long that would take?
T There are timelines that are yet to be made clear so it is difficult to give linear Earth time to any of those developments
F So as regards the light coming in, and we know about that now, and the frequencies, you’ve explained that, but what about the codes are the codes coming in as well?
T The codes are within nature
F So it's all one thing
T Yes nature is codes, nature is geometry within geometry. There are sacred codes. There is sacred sound. There is sacred colour. It is all within the geometry and hidden within plain sight
F Ok next question; I want to ask about the free energy that's available on the planet and the vehicles. When will we have that technology?
T You already have that technology
F So when will it actually be in Trisha’s and my life?
T It depends on the 35%, the overlay is preventing the reality of what is available now being seen now
F So as soon as that 35% gets to naught everything will show?
T Yes there will be clarity on many levels
F Why does she feel very hot at times?
T She is working
F What’s she actually doing when she goes very hot like that?
T She is a transmuter and a conduit so she is clearing and moving energy and frequency, so for that she generates heat
F What about her Lemurian crystal, what is she connecting to when she's holding that?
T She has been here many lifetimes and it gives her a connection to a remembrance of a previous existence, but also the crystals that are here at present now
F Alright so are the crystals that are here now a different vibration to the one that she holds in the Lemurian one?
T Yes
F So is the Lemurian one a higher frequency?
T Higher, the crystals that are here now are in the 12th Dimension
F Ok, so why is it that some people actually feel the vibration and in the same crystal others don't feel that vibration, is that because their frequency isn't at the corresponding level?
T Yes
F All the old buildings are so amazingly built to such a quality and precision, who actually built those?
T The earlier Beings
F And who were they just to be correct?
T They were Human Beings but they had advanced technologies available to them because the vibration on the planet was much much higher many many millions of years ago. The density of the planet changed over millennia as the dark energies came in.
F So the dark energies have hidden all this and rewritten all history….
T And created density, so the density of the Human lost their connection to the qualities that they had to the intelligence that they held to the wisdom that they had available to them. As the density came, the abilities were lost.
F Ok thank you. Why does she feel like she's got to get everything in order? Is there a move coming up for her?
T There is a sense of freedom and new beginnings that are present in her energy system. This is the driving factor which makes her feel as if everything now needs to be in order….in order for her to live her life.
F I see, makes a lot of sense. Ok, I'd like to ask the same sort of question really because I feel like somethings happening and coming up but I can’t see anything or have any motivation to do anything at the moment.
T Something is always happening at the moment. We are in such an intense time. Yes, there are still timelines to be considered and also the 35%. Once this changes, once the increase of energies continues and the frequency of Humans continues to elevate, things will begin to come clearer and the direction in which you are required to go will become apparent
F Right, because I feel like I'm stuck in a bit of a void at the moment. I don't feel like I'm doing anything. So, is it more to do with doing things on a different level at the moment?
T Yes.
F So I'm doing a lot on a different level?
T That is your Human aspect that is looking for solution. When it is Nature's law, that's just working towards the solution and you are part of the solution, therefore, it is best to sit back and wait and allow whatever is to unfold to unfold.
F Yeah, good. Well, thank you for that and finally I’d just like to ask about Autism as I know someone with it who seems to be having a hard time of it. Why were they born with Autism?
T Quite often people who are born with Autism, or Neurodiversity, have a different connection to their Human body and their light body. They are quite often incredibly sensitive and have deep understandings and awareness which could be perceived as a gift. In the current times, as the frequency changes and people move up onto higher dimensions and frequencies, the description of the Neurodiversity or Autism will become irrelevant. But at this time, it can be challenging for those people, but there is no doubt that as the frequencies change, they will also begin to change.
