SIGITA'S TRANSCRIPTION
F: Just tell me what you can see?
S: The surface is kind of red or brown, it’s kind of put together from loads of pieces… and…don’t know.
F: So you can see red pieces?
S: The surface is a kind of very red and brown ground.
F: And you’re on a planet are you?
S: Yeah I think I am, but it is quite a boring planet.
F: Boring (laughs) so there’s nothing to see apart from the surface?
S: Yes boring, there is not much, no colours, there is no interesting things to see.
F: But you have red pieces, do you mean like pieces of the surface, cracked or what do you mean?
S: The surface is kind of like mosaic.
F: So are you inside or outside?
S: It’s outside.
F: Okay so that’s the floor but are there any buildings there?
S: Hard to say, it is quite foggy or gassy, the sky is like fluffy white things – like a gas sort of. It does not look like it’s very safe to be.
F: How does it feel - does it feel warm or cold?
S: Oh it is kind of neutral.
F: Okay.
S: I think it is poisonous; the planet is just not habitable.
F: It is not habitable, okay so as you look down at your feet what you can see?
S: If I look down at my feet?...hmm … I just see the ground, and the surface.
F: Do you feel like you are in a body?
S: I feel a sort of a body yes. I think I do.
F: Okay so can you just come out of it and look at yourself?
S: hmm … (laughs a little) … I don’t know. At first I felt like I am more like…. I am kind of a shadow…..like a kind of silhouette.
F: So you are translucent you mean
S; Yeah, kind of like human…I’m not really solid.
F: You are solid or you’re not?
S: No.
F: No. Okay. But you are humanoid?
S: The shape of my silhouette.
F: So the shape of your silhouette is humanoid but you don’t see yourself.
S: No.
F: Okay.
S: I don’t know why I am here, it is just… it is strange.
F: Are you there on your own?
S: hmm… I could be, yeah. But again it feels like there is …. it is kind of just a little stop, you know.
F: A stop off yeah. So have you got a ship with you or do you just move around on your own - do you need a ship?
S: I think I might have something. I think..…one scene just came into my mind, you know what?
F: What?
S: I think I just discovered this place you know?
F: Oh, that’s good so you actually found a planet?
S: Yeah, but this is kind of…nothing like a planet…. It’s just some kind of space.
F: Okay. Are you an investigative person now….are you doing that job or is it that you’re just floating around looking for planets?
S: I think I am just curious. I just think I am…I just wanted to go for a while, just on my own.
F: Okay, do you know where you are originally from?
S: Hmm… I am from somewhere. I like how we are (laughs).
F: You like where you are?
S: No, just like who we are (laughs) it’s just amazing…….so beautiful. (Laughs loads)
F: The actual body or where you’re from?
S: No... How we are. You know we are…. We work hard and we help. And we really have loads to do. We have loads of fun. And we can go everywhere we want as well.
F: That sounds wonderful.
S: (very happy voice) it is very, very fun. (Laughs) I think I am now just like kind of (laughs loads) I just (laughs loads) … oh... It is so fun.
F: So you move around a lot then?
S: Yes. I think we had something to do before and I just decided to go for a rest. It is kind of travel. I can do whatever I want really. I think I found this place….. it is so exciting.
F: That sounds wonderful…..are you actually between lives or is this actually a life you are in?
S: Hmm…Well it is a very complicated question. It is kind of… I am not in a kind of life. I am not in any life really, but at the same time I have things to do there. I am not just doing nothing. I have to be there. There is loads to do.
F: Okay. So what have you got to do?
S: There are so many things you know… like…it is all really very interesting. Everything is different. I feel like it is kind of space, it is kind of space of loads of different planets and lives and …I don’t know…It is really big. I’m like a kind of technician or an engineer or something.
F: Right. So you are in a galaxy then, are you investigating a galaxy?
S: We are not really investigating. We are just like… imagine that there is like a theatre, yes and a play that has to be played and there are all these people who work and set everything up. To make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. We are not the ones who invented the play or wrote it we are just the ones who set up props you know. Make sure everything goes fine.
F: So you travel around and you’re setting things up - is that just on this planet you found…..are you setting something up there?
S: No. No, I am just kind of having a break.
F: Right. Okay.
S: Just like (laughs) …Having fun around, just a short break, before something else will need to be done.
F: So, do you know where you’re from?
S: I know there is home, but… I don’t know.
F: Okay. I am going to move you now to an important day in that life….so I want you to go to an important day in that life and I want you to tell me what you see?
S: I am in some kind of ship….. corridor… there is also a kind of bending in the side… and light is coming from there.
F: You say bend… do you mean curved?
S: Yes.
F: And what colour is it?
S: …hmm… I don’t know it is (laugh a bit), maybe grey, but in the same time it is not important - it is hard to see, because the light is quite bright from the walls.
F: So you are on this ship and it is like a corridor, but it is curved. So what are you doing there?
S: I think I am worried or scared a little bit maybe. I need to go there. There is someone there. It is kind of a big spider or something. A mechanical one and it stands in my way.
F: A mechanical spider?
S: Yeah.
F: Can you get him to move?
S: I just stand still and it leaves.
F: So it has gone, so what is happening now?
S: I don’t know, but I feel very sad.
F: Why what is happening?
S: something…somebody, someone …some other … I think they’ve just been attacked by someone. Someone very dear to all of us. It is our house. (Crying) It is kind of our place and someone has been there.
F: Okay. So the one’s that you are with, what do they look like?
S: I can’t see anyone yet. Everyone is sad.
F: Okay. Do you feel male or female?
S: Like kind of both.
F: You are both. Okay. So are you humanoid?
S: Yeah we are humanoid.
F: Okay. So, the ship you are on, is it a ship or is it a home?
S: It’s a… you know, I think it is a ship but it is like home. We spend loads of time here.
F: So is it like a mother ship.
S: Yeah. I suppose. We are mostly here.
F: So the ones that are with you, do they all look the same?
S: They are all dressed the same I think.
F: Can you see their faces?
S: Faces… there is no light
F: Okay. Can you come out of your body and look at yourself? Tell me what you see.
S: I can’t see yet.
F: Okay. That is not a problem. So you feel very sad. Has somebody died? Been hurt? What is happening now?
S: I missed it, because I was not there. I was somewhere else.
F: what could you have done?
S: Probably nothing.
F: But would it of made you feel better do you think?
S: I kind of just feel sad because it has happened. Oh…. They are just silly, like silly children, they don’t know what they are doing.
F: So the silly children. Who are they? What do they look like - do you know?
S: (laughs) I don’t know…I think they are Greys (laughs)
F: (laughs) Greys. Not a surprise. Okay. What did they do?
S: I think they have been… this is kind of a main room you know, where we all are…. (Sighs) we all do loads of things. Where all technical things are. They have just made a massive mess everywhere. Many things are broken, not working, the lights are off.
F: Okay. Did they just came in and cause destruction because they wanted to or was there a reason?
S: I think we knew that they will do it but they just don’t understand. They just… they kind of don’t have empathy. They are just silly, they don’t understand. It just was so beautiful.
F: The Greys who have done all this, are they organic or they are artificial intelligence?
S: They are more like artificial, but they have something organic with them. But they just don’t have a sense of respect or kindness. They are not bad they just don’t understand.
F: Okay. Do they actually live on the ship?
S: No they have just somehow got in.
F: Oh right. So they travelled there on their own ship?
S: It seems so.
F: So they have come to this ship, this mother ship…..this is where you reside and then you go off and go back - is that right?
S: Yeah.
F: Do you know where the ship came from….where did it come from originally? Was it a certain planet?
S: hmm… It is from…I feel…I think, it is from a very, very beautiful place. Oh I miss that place so much.
F: Does it have a name?
S: I don’t know….probably does.
F: Okay. Can you see the planet? Can you describe it? Is it in the same solar system as Earth?
S: It is very far.
F: Is it in this dimension?
S: I don’t think it is in this.
F: On Earth we think of levels. So would you be able to tell me in which level it is dimension wise?
S: Could be five. It is definitely not less than five.
F: Okay. So could you give me a description of the beings on this planet - could you describe them?
S: I just haven’t been there for a long time.
F: Do you have such a thing where you can see your reflection so you can look at yourself?
S: (long pause) we are very beautiful.
F: So when you look at your face can you describe it? You say beautiful but can you give me a description of the features. Start with the mouth - is it the same?
S: Not the same.
F: Is it bigger or smaller?
S: Can’t see yet.
F: Okay. Leave the mouth and go to the eyes - can you describe the eyes?
S: (long pause) I don’t know yet. I don’t think I can do it.
F: Okay. So are you part of a council on that ship?
S: Yes we are some kind of group.
F: You are a group you say?
S: Yes. We are very close to our leader.
F: Can you see the leader there?
S: This is kind of a sad moment - nobody really wants to be seen.
F: Okay. That is fine. You’re doing really well. So now I want you to go to the last day of your life in that life and tell me what you see.
S: I see my friend.
F: Your friend. Okay. And what is happening?
S: I don’t want to go.
F: You don’t want to go where?
S: I need to go somewhere.
F: You’ve got to go somewhere and you don’t want to go?
S: Yeah. It is just so fun here.
F: Where have you got to go?
S: Somewhere where it won’t be that much fun….. Earth.
F: So what is happening? You are on your last day of your life, what is happening there?
S: I am in my room and I am getting ready. (Laughs a little) I am not very excited at all but I just have to do it.
F: Do you know where you’ve got to go?
S: I am in this room where there is a sort of computer…. I need to prepare and get information.
F: Okay. Let me move you forward to your actual death and tell me what you see.
S: I am very tall.
F: You are very tall? Right. Can you see yourself now?
S: Yeah, lying down there. I have a kind of a robe on - it is white and gold. I feel like I am a kind of King and there are little blue creatures around me. They are not real….they are just kind of robots. Just like little blue things. They are just preparing like doctors in the hospital. They are so much smaller than I am, I am really huge.
F: What happen to you?
S: I just had to go somewhere else.
F: So nothing happened to you. You just decided to give up that body. Is that what you mean?
S: Yeah I had a very good life there. I have to try something else.
F: Did you say earlier that you are going somewhere you don’t want to go?
S: Yeah
F: So this is part of it, you decided that you want to go?
S: I look very human actually. I have golden hair.
F: You have golden hair. Can you describe your face now then? Have you got your eyes open?
S: I have a beard.
F: Oh you’ve got a beard and is that coloured as well?
S: Yes it is golden.
F: And your features - can you see your face? Can you describe that?
S: I am so old. I think I am very old. But I don’t look really old. But I am very old. I have been there for a very long time.
F: Okay. Can you see the features of your face? Can you give me a description of what you can see?
S: I think just very human like. I am not sure. It kind of depends on how I look at me.
F: Now when you pass over what do they do with the body?
S: These things they do something with it.
F: These blue sort of beings.
S: Kind of. They just put it somewhere. It might be used again.
F: So what do they do with it?
S: They do some work on it. Kinds of …I feel so like a king. When I lay down there I can see myself. I have loads of gold.
F: Can you see what you are wearing?
S: It is kind of a robe.
F: Okay so now you have passed over what can you see?
S: I am going away. I am leaving.
F: Do you know where you’ve got to go?
S: I am going up in space. It is so funny because I am going backwards. I just can’t stop looking at that place. I just really don’t want to go.
F: Do you feel like you had a good life?
S: I feel like I will go there again.
F: So what was the purpose of that life?
S: There was loads of work to do. I don’t feel like I have lost that life. I feel like I could go back there.
F: Perhaps they are saving the body for you? Is that possible?
S: Kind of. That is my body there. I could go there. I probably will. I will go there.
F: Okay. So what are you doing now - where are you going?
S: Earth. It looks like earth. There are loads of things floating around Earth.
F: So are you going straight into another life?
S: It is kind of not like I am going to another life, because I am not coming from life. It is something other than some life. Now I am going to Earth.
F: Why do you want to go to Earth?
S: Because it is so different. Because it is so, so different, and there are so many things that are not nice and that life everything is really very fun and beautiful. It is just kind of that I have to.
F: Is it to actually help them?
S: I think at first I just need to look around, because it is something totally different. I need to learn how it is to be a human.
F: Why?
S: Because I could help them.
F: So you are going to Earth to get experience, but also to help them as well?
S: But at first I need to concentrate on what it is to be a human.
F: And how many lives will you have on Earth before you go back.
S: I can go whenever I want. I just feel like it will be so hard, but I just need to experience as much I can.
F: Okay. When you were in that other life and you had to go somewhere and you said you don’t want to. Is that what you meant- Earth?
S: Yes. I guess it was that. It is just comparing to that place it is just so much of a worse place to go.
F: Yes it is hard. So you are you on planet Earth now?
S: I am floating around.
F: Will you be going into the body?
S: Hmm I possibly will. I am just floating around now.
F: Is anybody else with you or anything around you?
S: No I don’t think so, but I am perfectly fine on my own. I am brave and I feel safe and nothing can hurt me really.
F: Okay. I am going to leave you there and I want you drift away from that scene, leaving that consciousness there…………….
After this life I called in the Higher Self and I asked where Sigita had come from. I couldn’t get an answer at the time and it was only after the session that she said that Andromeda had come in to her mind but she didn’t say it as she thought it was wrong. These sessions are a trigger for more memories and information to come in which can carry on for weeks after.
This is the email that Sigita sent to me a few days later:-
‘I researched about Andromedans as well and I realised that I most likely was one of them. I remember that I felt and understood that my planet is very far away and it's so beautiful, all the colours are so vibrant. The other thing is that I was living on this ship for a long time. And apparently Andromedans do live for a long time, thousands of years by our measurements. As well Alex Collier talks about these Andromedans, he is in contact with live on the ship not too far from earth. So I thought if lived on that ship that's why I felt like my planet is so far away. And I remember thinking ‘Andromeda’ when you asked me where I'm from but I thought it's wrong though as it's not a planet. When I saw my dead body, I was tall and I had white skin and apparently skin of Andromedans gets white when they die. I also remember seeing small lips and a long straight nose. I also think that all those clothes that I had on me and my hair felt like they were a sort of decoration for a dead body.’
A few days after that I received another update from Sigita:-
‘I have to tell you of my strange experience. Some 3 or 4 days after my past life regression I woke up in the middle of the night feeling all my body in an extremely strong vibration, the most in my head area. I was like awake but still not fully awake, but I was not dreaming and what I saw around me were these beings like Andromedans or Arcturians dressed in greenish grey robes. One of them was holding their hands around my head like a kind of reiki. And I thought that they are healing my emotional body or something, I just thought I need to go quickly to the toilet and I’ll come back so they can keep doing it. I didn't see them in my room. It was like in some dark fog. It was like here in my room but a sort of different dimension or something.’
Sigita was led to me by reading an article about QHHT. She was finding it a bit difficult to explain what she was seeing because at the point of this session she didn’t know anything about different beings, their names or the planets that they come from. All she knew was some basic information about UFO’s, she didn’t really know a great deal about QHHT and didn’t read any of Dolores’s books until after the session. This is the beauty of this therapy, you never know what might come up but whatever it is it’s always fascinating as it unravels and I’m so lucky to be able to experience the journey with them through this technique.
These sessions are a trigger for more memories and information to come through which can carry on for weeks after. Upgrades in the energy field are also another aspect of it as you have more information within you to understand what is happening.
