It starts where she has just gone into a past life and I've just asked her what she can see:-
L: Red
F: Red?
L: Mmh
F: What is the red?
L: It's a state of being
F: Right - are you the red or is it something you're looking at?
L: No
F: So are you part of this red?
L: Yeah I think
F: So as you look at yourself can you see yourself in any other form or are you just red?
L When I look down its just red….I’ll try and have a look from outside…….it's like the atmosphere…..feeling part of the atmosphere… red…. red like I’m seeing a picture of the - I don't know what it is, is it the milky way in the distance, there's a planet with rings round it
F Is that what you’re looking at?
L I’m looking at a planet with a ring……2 rings
F Right and what colour is the planet?
L I don't know…..I’m red
F So when I say what's the name of this planet what comes back?
L Hertimonias? It sounds daft….. Plutinomias?
F And this is the planet that's got the 2 rings round it is it?
L Yeah
F Right and are you part of the atmosphere on that planet
L I'm around it on the outside
F So how far away from it are you - you've got the rings - are you outside the rings?
L Oh yea I'm looking at it in the distance - it’s over there
F Ok, so this red is it all around the planet….can you see it?
L No I'm in the red
F I'm trying to figure out if it's encircling the planet or if it’s just……..
L I think that's it, it's round further out it's not - it's outside the atmosphere of the planet
F Right, what's your purpose?
L It’s a protection round the planet…..a protection….. keeps it in place……keeps it where it’s meant to be
F It keeps the planet where it's supposed to be you mean?
L Mm…………I’m green now
F So you're changing colours are you?
L It looks like it - green one minute....and….just colour
F You're still around this planet then?
L Yes
F So you're just part of this massive....is it like a grid of this colour all around the planet or is it just a small circle of it?
L It's um….. I don't know how to explain it...it's just what I do
F So you protect?
L Mmmh it's like I'm just a tiny bit in a great big sky
F So your job is to protect this planet is it? - is it just that planet or is it....
L ?? ……. it's round all the planets
F ok
L All and everything
F Alright so what is it you're actually protecting against?
L Let's put it like this if we weren't here the planet would just wizz off
F So you're holding it in place?
L Yea
F How are you doing that?
L We're all kind of next to each other so ...more there…..more in front of me…….more behind……more to the side...more to the side and so on and so on and around them and around them and then around them...and we just kind of stay there I suppose, that's how we do it, so they can't get through. They can't get through because we're standing there like that
F So you're kind of blocking it from moving rather than holding it in place do you mean?
L Yea I think both ….holding it in place and stopping it moving
F Ok what colour are you now - what's happening?
L Yellow, yellowy green
F Can you communicate with the planet?
L Don't think I've ever tried - I don't know, what would I want to communicate with it for
F Well to see what's actually happening on the planet - why have you been put there to look after this planet, does it know anything....the consciousness of it?
L No
F No ok that's fine, ok so you’re around this planet looking after it, I want you to just look behind you and see what's there
L Another planet, a big orange planet with craters - it looks orange with square craters in it
F Why are there square craters - what's actually hit that to make them square?
L I don't know it seems abit strange to me that they would be square, I’ve never turned round and looked at that one
F Is there any life on the planet?
L I think there's more likely to be life on that planet
F But you're looking after the other planet
F Mmmh….so could it be that you’re protecting against that planet from moving so it doesn't damage any other planet?
L Maybe it's trying to move, if it did it would hit that planet wouldn't it?
F Yeah, ok so you are made up of………..
L I think I'm just a single thing
F So what about the others that are with you then- are you individual to that or are you part of that?
L We're all part of the same thing and individual
F What do you mean...are you individual within this one thing or are you a part…..
L No it's like we are the same - lots of little separate same things….the same but individual....clones
F So you're clones of this colour then?
L Mmh
F Ok, so how does your form, your colour, stop the planet from moving...how does it do that?
L It’s like we repel the planet….so….I’ll try and explain it…. it's like we're the water and the planet is the oil and the oil won't go into the water - it has to keep on the surface. It can go through the water but it never becomes one with the water it just can't get through us. If you dropped abit of oil on a big load of water the oil wouldn't go through it would it?
F No
L That's what it is, there's lots of us…..big…. lots of us…big and the planet can't get through
F Ok so I just want to know a little bit more about this planet with the rings then, so do you want to just have a look and see if there is any life there?
L I can see little ant like creatures, they're big though,
F: Right so let’s take a closer look....... what colour are they exactly?
L Dark coloured, like a purple colour...…big stalking eyes…2 eyes……on stalks
F Do they walk?
L Yeah.... They walk upright; they don't walk like an ant here.
F I just want you to concentrate on it and just describe to me a bit more in detail, are they actually wearing anything or are they completely without clothes?
L No I don't think they need clothes, they've got that shell
F So they've got a shell on their back then
L They've got a shell.....I'm trying to see what they look like. It's a head but the eyes stick out on stalks on the head and then there's a s skinny neck and then there's a round oblong shell...covering the top of the body and then an upside down triangle.
F What...... the body is upside down
L The down bit…… the bottom bit
F Right
L And it's got 2 stalky legs and knees and the feet have got shells on
F Right so have they got arms at all?
L Yeah
F What do the arms look like?
L They stick out the sides
F Right they stick out the side so they're not bent upwards, they're straight are they?
L No they are bent - they have an elbow, I can't see any hands though.......there's sticks in the middle
F But they're purple you say?
L Yeah purple black, brown maybe just sort of a dull colour
F Right ok
L I would say black but then purple bits
F Right, I want you to go to the front of it to get a better description...the eye's that come out you said they protrude out of the face so what colour are they?
L White is all I can see
F So they've got white eyes and they've a purple body?
L Yeah
F You said abit of brown somewhere where was that?
L No it's like the colour that they are is ...it's like a mixture of brownie purple black
F So is their stomach the same colour as their arms and legs?
L Yeah
F Right ok and the shell on the back what colours that?
L That's the same colour
F Right ok good, so how tall would you say they were?
L They're big I think 6 or 7 foot….depends on which perspective you're looking at it from
F Yeah because you're the colour at the moment it's abit difficult ok that's fine. So what are they doing on the planet - what do they do there?
L I get the impression they are quite industrious - busy and….. dig a lot, dig for things
F What do they dig for?
L They dig for minerals - I get the impression that they're not welcome, that's why we're here to stop them…… [confused] …but what are we stopping?
F Is it not their planet then?
L I don't think it was but I think it is now
F So they've taken over it?
L Yeah
F So can any ships get through you as well or not?
L The ships can get through….. if they've got the right to go through then they’ll go through.
F Right ok so you're only letting good go through to help - is that correct?
L Yeah…….what are they doing? see that's why……. do you know we're not letting them out that's for sure....they're not getting out......the impression is that they're just going to meet their own end cause there isn't anywhere for them to go because we're not letting them out and they'll just stay here until that's done
F Good alright so where you are now are you aware that there's a planet called earth?
L No
F No ok that's fine.....so this job that you're doing to protect is that around all the planets or is it just certain ones that are a danger to themselves?
L I only know about this one .....here
F Ok good alright. I want you to move forward in that life to when somethings happening and tell me what you see
L Oh there you go that's what happened there then....that planet exploded there.... it just went puff!
F Which one - the one that you’re looking after?
L The one with the rings round it...it wasn't...we weren't letting it go anywhere so that's that sorted
F So are you still there around it?
L Still there because we've got to contain now all of this
F What the debris you mean?
L Yea.....look at that!
F So how did it explode?
L I get the impression that they just destroyed it didn't they, they um just kept digging and digging and digging....industrious and it just didn't have enough to keep going so it just disintegrated
F So do you know now what the minerals were for, why they were actually working at that?
L No I don't think I do - I don't think I know an awful lot
F Because I know you were there to protect it to stop anything bad from getting out
L Well I think it was that there....I didn't know till it happened but it was to stop that explosion and that's what we've stopped look
F Good
L I thought we were stopping that planet getting sucked out but we weren't actually we were just......................(long pause)
F ….containing it because you knew that was going to happen?
L Yeah
F Yes ok good so what can you see now then?
L Bits of the planet floating about....
F What about the rings....have they gone as well?
L Yeah
F What were the rings made of do you know?
L They were made up of bits that were already escaping....dissolving
F So you're containing that - are you actually going inwards to contain it or are you still the same size?
L Still there - just around it and it will sort itself out
F Ok I want you to now leave that scene behind and go to the last day of your life in that life where you're the red...or where you’re the colour and I just want you to tell me what happens?
L It's gone very white
F Are you still within that colour or have you actually passed over from that now?
L I'm floating....floating...white.....
F Let me word it in a different way - have you finished your work there and moved on?
L Oh yea finished that and now there's just a bit of peace and calm
F Ok so what happened did the debris all disintegrate and it was safe to leave…..why did you leave?
L No I can see the planet coming back together again, we've contained all the bits and then the bits came back together, made a new planet
F Was there a consciousness that went back into that planet again then?
L Yea but a different consciousness because it's the same but not the same
F So it was a chance for another consciousness to go into that planet because the other consciousness had been through all that hadn't it?
L Yea it's about moving on so now it's a different chance
F So that planet's alright and it's safe and it's going to grow again and sustain life again…. Eventually?
L Yeah
F And these beings that were on it, these ant like creatures, have they all been wiped out now?
L They've moved on ....they're not doing that now...so now they've got a chance to do something else that's different
F When all the planet blew apart how did it actually get back together in to one piece again?
L I don't know how it was done other than we were all around it so I guess if we just moved in………..
F Yea you moulded it back together again?
L Yea maybe... I don't know
F Ok but you've done your job haven't you?
L Yea we were there and that’s what we did
F Ok that’s good so going back then you said you were white light and you've actually come out of that now, what are you seeing now, what's happening?
L Yeah just white….it just feels really peaceful ....and a nice rest
F Good I would imagine you were there for quite a long time
L Been a while you know……yeah along time
F So are you glad...happy with the life you had there doing that job?
L I am
F Yeah good so where are you - are you in the universe or are you somewhere else, what can you see?
L White fluffy clouds all around,
F Let’s move you forward to when you come out of the whiteness and see what's there
L Ok ........I'm waiting waiting waiting
F You're just waiting ok, so what's around you what can you see?
L Waiting…waiting
F Do you know what you're waiting for?
L I'm nervous
F Why are you nervous?
L Cause I don't know what it's going to be like
F Is this something that you wanted to do?
L No not really
F So why are you doing it?
L First answer that came up was 'because I’m stupid'
F (Laugh)
L Why am I doing it? Because I'm stupid cause I don't know any better.
F But you don't know that at the time though do you - you don't know what it's going to be like?
L That's the point isn't it - that's why I'm nervous
F Right I see so is this a life that you’re going to on a certain planet?
L Don't know…… I don't know anything at the minute.........waiting…...ok I’m not going!
F You’re not going
L No
I later asked the higher self why it chose to show her that life:-
F What about the red that she was, she was the colour around that planet protecting it so why did you choose to show her that?
L Because it had many lessons….a simple life
F What were the lessons that she had to learn from that life?
L She had patience, just to be, not to question too much and accept that’s how it’s meant to be
F So she was happy with that life and what she accomplished?
L She was content and at peace in that life……not questioning
F Was that actually in the same universe that we're in now on earth?
L No
F It's a different universe…….so how did she manage to come from a different universe to get here? How does that happen?
L Depending on what's needed, everything’s the same so you can go anywhere in any universe depending on what you want and need.
F So does each universe offer different things then is that what you’re saying?
L In some respects…. might be the same experiences in different universes but because it's a different experience it’s a different outcome and a different view that you’re learning
F Alright is there a final message for her from you?
L Love, peace, harmony, go with the flow, these are all the words she understands. Don't get so caught up so much in this world - it's here deal with it but have fun, don't take it too seriously....yeah she's been through a lot
F Yeah so when this shift has happened….. because there's a big shift at the moment isn't there? [Yeah] will it be something sudden or is it a gradual thing as you see it?
L It depends on what you actually see….that’s a lot deeper than what it maybe sounds…. there's different perceptions on what the world is so in terms of the red planet it takes along long long long time. Same for humanity and animals and everything… evolution takes a long … eons….. so one could actually say that the change has been happening for eons if you’re measuring it in time… depending on your perception of time it can happen in an instant and it depends on where you’re looking and what you can see, what you know, what your knowledge is, everything's about perception isn’t it?
F Yes
L It’s as it should be….she’s been there before look…actually she’s just seen that….she’s just been there and seen how it is from both sides….. she’s been there before.
