F- All I can see is a really white light at the moment.
L- Where is this white light in relation to where you are?
F- I’m not sure I can’t see outside of it.
L- You are one with the white light?
F- Yes
L- How does it feel to be in that place?
F- It’s really nice
L- Describe the feeling for me.
F- It’s like home..... it’s just..... home.
L- How do you feel in this place?
F- Whole, Happy.
L What are you aware of in this place?
F- It actually feels like I’m a star and I’m in the Universe.
L- What does it feel like to be a star?
F- Its great, my consciousness is everywhere.
L- Describe how that feels to be a part of everything.
F- Quite Overwhelming.
L- Could you put it into words? How does it feel to be connected to everything?
F- No words
L- True Bliss? How is your view expanded where you are? How is your consciousness different?
F- Its like it’s blended with everything. I can’t comprehend it. It’s too much.
L- That we are all one and everything is connected? This star that you are a part of, is there any strong connection to any of the other stars around you?
F- I seem to have lost it and gone back into being the light again. It’s faded away.
L- Tell me what you are aware of now.
F- It’s just this light.
L- Really acclimatise yourself to where you are and take in your surroundings and as you become more adjusted to where it is that you are, more information will become available to you.
F- I’ve just come out of the light and I’ve dropped down onto the surface.
L- Describe where you are.
F- I’m on the surface but I’ve got this light around me. It’s almost like I am the light in a body and I’ve got this translucent gown on me.
L- What material is the gown made of?
F- No it’s just light. And I’m walking down this path.
L- Describe this path.
F- It almost looks like the yellow brick road but it’s not.
L- And as you become more acclimatised to where you are, and adjusted to the body that you are in, where is this place?
F- I can see over the hill that there’s this place. But I’m not actually walking, I’m floating.
L- So as you’re walking and you look down and see that you are floating, do you notice your feet?
F- There just like translucent
L- And how does this body feel?
F- Very light
L- And do you feel like you are a male or female?
F- I don't seem to have either and both
L- And this gown that you're wearing that's translucent, how do you feel wearing this gown?
F- It’s not a gown it’s energy, as I’m moving forward it’s like a stream
L- A stream of energy?
F- Yes
L- And as you move forward in this energy how does that feel?
F- Really really good….light
L- And this place where you are where you're walking down the road, this path, is there anyone else there with you?
F- No I'm on my own
L- And as you walk down this path in to this place you become more aware of the mission that you're there for today. What is the reason that you are where you are today?
F- To spread the light
L- And as you walk down the path what else is it that you can see?
F- Buildings, pointy buildings, it's not a really big place, it's almost like.....I go above it and drop the light down
L- Describe these pointy buildings.
F- They're like towers
L- Do they have a colour?
F- There’s a yellow one.
L- Are they made of any type of material that we would be aware of?
F- It looks like ceramic pot!
L- Ceramic Pot. And these towers are you aware of what their function is?
F- Its like it’s all dead at the moment and I’ve got to put life into it.
L- And as you float along putting light in to this place..........(interrupted)
F- I'm above it. Its almost like a beam comes from me and covers it all and brings it to life.
L- Is there anyone else in this place that you are aware of or is it just the buildings?
F- Seems like it’s just the buildings.
L- So the only being that’s there at this time is yourself?
F- Yeah
L- And this place that you’re in has it been inhabited before or is it about to be inhabited
F- It has been.
L- So you’re bringing the light back to a place that doesn’t have anybody there?
F- I can’t see anybody - I don't think there's anybody in the buildings
L- What is the purpose of you bringing the light to this place?
F- So it can be occupied again by the right level.
L- What happened before, why did the light leave this place?
F- It was on an old frequency that's no longer used.
L- So you’re raising the frequency of this place so it can become inhabited again?
F- Yes
L- Where is this place? If you go deep, deep down, you can access the knowledge and it will become a knowing for you.
F- I’m getting Norway.
L- Norway? Is this the place Norway that we would know it on our planet or a different Norway?
F- It’s on Earth
L- It’s on Earth. So this place where you are currently is an actual place in Norway?
F- Yes
L- How do you feel as you go around spreading light in this place?
F- It feels good. It feels like I’m actually doing something….something big.
L- And as you spread this light and you go from place to place is there any plan that you have?
F- It’s like a clearing out….that I’m just going around doing buildings. It’s more about the buildings cause the planet itself is on a good frequency, it’s the old buildings that are actually holding the old frequencies.
L- I see so it’s to do with the actual structures and is this so the buildings can move up to the new frequency?
F- Yes the energy within the rocks and the stone.
L- So is it just the buildings that have life within them, like stones from Gaia? Or is it all the structures?
F- All I’m seeing is these old buildings. I’m not seeing any new.
L- Do you know what these buildings are?
F- Nothing particular just structures. I’m there on my own.
L- As you go around and do this work, if anybody was to shout your name, what would they call you?
F- I don’t have a name.
L- You’re just energy? (yes) OK.

F- I’m back in the light.
L- How does it feel to be back in the light?
F- Uplifting.
L- Do you feel a part of the one?
F- Yes – connected to everything again. Home.
L- Home

L- What do you see?
F- I see everything as a sparkly energy. It’s all been done. Lots of us have been doing the same thing. Spreading the high frequencies through these old buildings. And the planet is now so sparkly.
L- This is Gaia as she is now? And she’s been cleansed of that low energy?
F- Yes. Yes
L- So what do you do now?
F- I’m just looking at it because it’s amazing.
L- And as you look at it all, are you aware that you are with anyone else?
F- Yes. They are just energies same as me and it’s a feeling of euphoria because we’ve done it.
L- And as you connect with these energies that are next to you, is there an awareness that you are all separate or do you feel like a collective?
F- Its like fragments of the one. So we are connected but we are doing this individually.
L- Is there some sort of celebration happening?
F- We’re just looking.
L- Describe the impact of this and how it looks.
F- It just amazing. It’s like a big celebration but not in the way that you’d know, it’s not like we’re having a party. It’s a feeling of Euphoria because we’ve done it.
L- And what will you do now? Now that the work has been completed? And what happens next for Gaia?
F- The inhabitants will live a really good life without the dark energies being there anymore and they are free to do whatever they want to do. And they will be able to because all that denseness has left.
L- What about all of the humans and energies and different entities of the dark that were on Gaia? Have they been removed as well?
F- They’ve been transmuted. And the off-planet denseness that was there, that had come to the Earth has been taken right back into the light.
L- So there’s no more darkness left on the planet?
F- No not from what I’m seeing.
L- And at what point in Gaia’s timeline is this happening?
F- Can’t get a grip of when it is. It’s all happening in the Now from my perspective.
L- But the dark has gone and all the energy is new. As you are celebrating with your fellow sparks of the one. Are there any other beings there celebrating with you?
F- The euphoria has been filtered down so everyone is feeling it on different levels.
L- Which level is it that you are on?
F- It feels like I’m really high up but I can’t actually get a level where I am now.
L- You’re in one of the high dimensions and you are very connected to the one?
F- (Nods)
MOVES TO ANOTHER IMPORTANT DAY
F- I’ve come down to the planet. It’s very blue and very green grass.
L- And how does it feel in this place?
F- Light and nice. I wanted to come down and experience it.
L- How does Gaia look?
F- She’s quite bright now, everything’s really vivid, colours are vivid, flowers are bright. A feeling of freshness and newness. It’s like everyone has forgotten what it used to be like and everyone’s really happy.
L- When you say all the people forget what it used to be like, do you have other people there with you?
F- It's like people are just walking around enjoying talking to each other.
L- Are there lots of people?
F- No, not a great deal of people.
L- What do these people look like? Describe what they look like?
F- Nobody really looks the same….
L- What is it about them that is different?
F- Some have got light hair, some have got dark hair. They’ve got a light skin most of them, almost white but not quite.
L- Is that because of the amount of light that they hold within them?
F- Yes
L- What else is it that’s different about them?
F- They’re just beautiful people and .........shiny.
L- And as you view these people and you become more aware of yourself, look down at yourself ......what does your body look like?
F- I'm barefoot and I’m quite tall (looks confused). I’ve got a blue dress on......it's quite long.
L- Do you have anything in your hands?
F- No
L- Is your body male or female?
F- Female
L- What does your hair look like?
F- I have sparkly white hair
L- These people that you are looking at and are one of, are they the people of the New Earth?
F- Yes
L- How did this transformation happen, how did you end up on this New Earth? How did it happen for everybody?
F-All of the energies just cleared all of the darkness out and the denseness. And the energies lifted everything up, it’s just a higher frequency.
L- How did the people in 3D find themselves to be in the New Earth? How did the change happen for them?
F- They were just lifted up with the energies, it took quite a while though.
L- And some of the people on New Earth did transform over from the old Earth? So they carried over?
F- Mmmm yes. There’s not many people around.
L- So does it feel like there’s a lot of space there?
F- Yes
L- What else are you aware of?
F- It’s just so bright and nice. It’s like out of a fairy tale. Everybody's really happy. There’s birds chirping. It’s like a really nice summer’s day.
GO TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU LIVE
F- It’s quite big, like its an old style Edwardian House but futuristic.
L- Describe inside the house.
F- It’s very spacious. It’s got places to sit and a kitchen.
L- And when you eat a meal what do you eat?
F- I want to say liquid. I don’t know if we eat at all (sounds confused)
L- Do you share this place with anyone?
F- People come and go as they want to which is fine, it's like an open house
L- It’s an open house?
F- Yes
L- Is there a specific room that is yours where you sleep?
F- Yes front one at the top.
L- Do you share this room with anyone?
F- Now and again, not all the time.
L- There isn’t one person that inhabits this room with you?
F- Its one person but they are not there all the time.
L- Where do they go?
F- They go off on journeys and exploring, but both of us do. But there’s always one of us there in this house for these people that want to come in.
L- Who are these people that want to come in.
F- They’re people who are interested in what we’ve got to say. They want to know more about the old planet, it’s like we're historians.

F- I’m looking at my house. I'm happy to leave it. We’re leaving. We’re going to go and stay somewhere else.
L- Where are you going to?
F- We’re going to the mountains, we’re going to stay in a really nice place on top of the mountains.
L- What’s this place like?
F- Its’ big. It’s open. I think its glass.....not sure, I can see through it. I can see views from all angles. Very beautiful. It's very high up.
L- How did you find this place?
F- He found it.
L- On one of his journeys?
F- Yes
L- Was there nobody in it?
F- There was an agreement with the people who were already in it. They wanted to move on – so we moved in. Anybody can occupy anywhere if there is an agreement between people. It’s like we shuffle about.
L- And now you’re in this beautiful glass place with the view of the mountains.
F- I think its glass I'm not sure
L What will you do now that you are there?
F- We’re just going to do nothing and enjoy the beauty of it all for abit before we move on again

F- I’ve got flowers all around me. They’re quite big, they look like lotuses but they’re high up.
L- As you look at these flowers, where is it that you are?
F- I’m around water and there's a small lake. I’m on my own.
L- So your partner isn’t there with you?
F- No
L-Do you feel like he’s on one of his journeys or has he left?
F- He’s left.
L- Why has he left?
F- He wants to do something else.
L- Did he tell you what it is that he wanted to do?
F- Another planet needs help…..
L – Has he gone to help that planet?
F- Yes
L- Why did you not go?
F- I’m contemplating it
L- But for the time being your just enjoying being in the beauty of the New Earth. It's been a long hard ride hasn't it? Do you feel you need time to just be in the beauty for a bit longer...... before you go elsewhere?
F- Yes I’m contemplating whether to go or not
L- So the door is still open to make that choice?
F- Yes
L- Does this planet that needs help have a name?
F- I can’t say it. It starts with an R or like an R.
L- Is this planet similar to how Earth was?
F- It’s very dark.
L- Lots of darkness there?
F- It’s a different Universe….
L- Who are the beings that inhabit this planet that needs help?
F- I can see them. They are dark and twisted and crouching. There’s interference there.
L- Is it the same beings that were interfering on Earth?
F- No, no it’s something different.
L- Its different beings this time? And who are the beings that are being oppressed? Are they humanoid?
F- They look almost like large insects. Humanoid in shape but not human.
L- So if you go and help this planet. Would you have to go and incarnate as one of those insects?
F- No. No he’s not going to incarnate, he’s just going to help with the energies.
L- And you’re still deciding whether you are going to go? What’s the reason that you haven’t decided to go so far?
F- Because we don’t normally do it together. One stands back while the other does it - it's a support from the other side
L- I see, so whilst you have been here on Earth, has he been at the other side?
F- Yes
L- So where has he been whilst you have been here on Earth?
F- On a ship
L- What is this ship that he’s been on?
F- On a mother ship above Earth.
L- On this ship above Earth, what race of beings are they?
F- Pleiadians and other races
L- So he’s been up on that ship and you’ve been down here?
F- Yes
L- What are you going to decide to do?
F- I’m going to stay here in the home on the hill and connect with him in that way. If he really needs me I’ll go.
L- You can help him if he needs it.

F- I’ve decided to leave
L- What will happen now?
F- I’m saying goodbye to friends.
L- And what's their reaction to you leaving?
F- They’re cheering me. They're really happy.
L- They’re happy for you? How do you feel as you say goodbye?
F- I feel like my job here is done.
L- Your jobs done on Earth. So you’re off for a new adventure.
F- Yes. I’ve had a good rest.
L- How does your partner feel about your decision?
F- He’s really happy.
L- What will you do now?
F- I’m just going to stay on the outskirts of the planet. I won't incarnate. I’m just going to work with the energies like I did before. Putting energy into the planet and working from there and see how it goes.
L- And you’ll do that with your partner.
F- Yes

F- I see a great big ball of Light where we have done it. The denseness has been obliterated with light. It’s all been taken away.
L- So you’ve helped save that planet as well
F- That one was a lot easier though.
L- Why was that one a lot easier?
F- We’ve mastered it. Earth was hard.
L- So you found this one a lot easier because of your experiences on Earth?
F- Yes. A lot of people have volunteered to help this one though.
L- Why is that?
F- Well they’ve seen that we’ve done it before with Earth. It’s like we just go around obliterating the dark energies everywhere now (laughing). Earth has set the whole thing in motion.
L- Being a Light Warrior and spreading the light. And now you’ve done the most difficult planet of all the rest is easy?
F- Earth kick started everything. Ripples of Light going through the whole Universe. It’s like Earth was the key and it just moved everything else
L- Why was Earth the key? What was it about Earth?
F- It was the way it was positioned. It was in the corner, in the dark. In the darkest part of the Universe. so once that was done it lifted everything else cause it was pulling everything else down.
L- So how has everywhere else changed?
F- Now it's just nice, easy and light. That was that universe and this is a different universe.
L- So the Universe we are currently in now is nice and light. Do you have any idea in terms of time what year this happens for Earth when the Earth changes from Dark to Light and everything's lifted?
F- 2017 was when the big one hit but smaller waves started years before that. The Lionsgate was quite profound and it just carried on from then and then there was a big burst - a massive burst at the end of 2019.
L- Is that what raises everything? Is that around the winter solstice if it is at the end of 2019?
F- The big burst is the end of 2019/ beginning of 2020. It’s not a particular day. It was ongoing. Everything is just …lifted.
L- Wow, so that’s the time of the liberation then. End of 2019/Beginning of 2020, when Earth lifts in our Universe. How does that feel when Earth is liberated?
F- It’s a massive celebration for those that knew. And the rest are just walking around with their heads in their hands, they can't understand what’s happened. All they know is it feels good.
L- What happens to these people? How do they cope?
F- Schools. People are doing talks and explaining what happened. But Media has a lot to do with it as Media changes and puts the truth out.
L- I see. So the media actually ends up reporting the truth after all instead of the lies. So the media actually help for the first time?
F- Yes. It wasn’t their fault, they were just programmed.
L- And did lots of people have the role on Earth to help these people that weren't aware?
F- Yes. The ones who knew what happened they were there to talk them through it.
L- Are you aware how it works on the day where eventually the light spreads around the Earth?
F- This wave hits Earth. But it’s dependent upon the person. If they embrace it then they’ll see straight away. But if they don’t know what’s going on then it’s very confusing for them as not everyone is at the same level. Some people will just go straight there because they are ready for it. And others it is just going to be a very slow thing.
L- So some people go straight to New Earth after the Wave hits?
F- It’s the same Earth but it’s a different frequency. So whatever their frequency is – that is what they will see. There’s frequencies all over the planet and some people all they see is darkness. But there’s ET’s out there and they don’t necessarily see what we see. We are in that illusion, that frequency. The illusion comes from inside of us. It’s like a hologram. So depending on what that person is feeling within themselves is what they will see outside of themselves.
L- So how do these people find themselves on New Earth if they are confused by it?
F- It’s almost like a shock wave that goes through them. And they are quite numb for a bit. I can’t speak for them really. I can only say what I imagine they went through.
L- You think this big wave will hit by the end of 2019/early 2020.
F- There’s lots of waves that build up to it. So it’s almost like the biggest wave will tip it. The waves have been going off for years but they have been getting stronger and stronger. But the wave at the end of 2019 will tip it.
L- Where do these waves come from?
F- The Central Sun - it’s a magnetic wave.
L- What else can we do to help ourselves to have a high frequency so when the big wave comes it will tip us into resonating with the frequency of New Earth?
F- Just enjoy what we are doing. Happiness raises our vibration.
L- Any dietary changes that we can make?
F- Eating lighter food and drinking plenty of water and to bless it all.
L- What else do we need to do to raise our vibration?
F- Go inside. Reach for your Higher Self. Listen to the Inner Voice. The Inner Voice will guide you.
L- So where you are on this planet that you have just help liberate. Go to the last day in the lifetime. Tell me what it is that happens.
F- We just decide to go off because it’s done. We’re just floating around. We’re just floating around visiting planets.
L- So you’re just an energy now? You don’t go over onto the spirit side?
F- We are just energy
L- You just fly around now? Is it that at that level you don’t need to go to the spirit side?
F- Well we’re all spirits. But we’re just floating around now looking at different planets.
L- What do the different planets look like?
F- I’m looking at one that’s red and blue. It’s got a red sun that’s why.
L- How does it make you feel looking at the planets?
F- Its just interesting looking at them.
L- Do you ever go down to the planets and have a look around?
F- No we're just floating around at the moment
CONTACTING THE HIGHER SELF FOR MORE INFORMATION

It was explained to her that when she saw herself putting light in to the old buildings this is one of the things she is doing in her sleep.

2025 was when she was on the planet that we saw (New Earth), and she had been there 2 or 3 years by then.

The shift is a gradual thing, as these energies come in she just raises to the new frequency, then another wave comes in then she raises to that new frequency and gradually she finally gets to another reality.

It’s a time to rest for her now so she can absorb more of the energies.
A MESSAGE TO LIGHTWORKERS FROM THE HIGHER SELF
You need to be on your own at the moment. You need to be resting. You need to be away from others who have a lower frequency to concentrate on your own energies. You don’t want any interference. That is why people who are no longer on your frequency have dropped out of your life.
Keep doing what you are doing – you are doing an amazing job.
